Founded in Elk Grove in 2004, Huber Law Group was built on a simple belief: estate planning, trust, and probate matters should be handled with skill, compassion, and personal attention.
What began as a small local practice helping families with estate planning, trusts, and probate administration steadily grew through referrals, lasting client relationships, and a reputation for trusted guidance throughout Sacramento and Northern California.
Founder Jonathan Huber’s commitment to hard work and client service was shaped long before he became an attorney. As a teenager, he worked in his family’s restaurant, where he learned the value of discipline, personal responsibility, and treating people well. Those early experiences continue to influence the firm’s culture today, emphasizing responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for every client who walks through the door.
Over the years, the firm has represented individuals and families in estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, trust litigation, and related matters. As the practice has grown, our approach has remained the same: provide thoughtful legal counsel, treat every client with respect, and help families navigate important decisions with clarity and care.
In 2013, Jonathan Huber became certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by only 2% of California attorneys.
Today, Huber Law Group is once again headquartered in Elk Grove and serves clients throughout Sacramento, the Bay Area, and surrounding communities. We intentionally maintain a close-knit team because we believe the best legal representation comes from real relationships, personal attention, and a deep understanding of each family’s unique needs.
